Freeway Insurance - Denton (TX)

1 /5 Xochitl Gonzalez: I’m very disappointed with my experience at Freeway Insurance. They advertise that they help you save money on your policy, but in reality, they charge fees for almost every single transaction. We insured a vehicle on 07/22/2025, but ended up not purchasing the car and had to remove it from the policy the same day. Despite this, they refused to issue a refund and charged $59 just for adding the vehicle, even though it was immediately removed. This practice feels misleading and unfair. Be aware that they charge for each change made to your policy — even if its on the same day and no coverage was actually used. I would not recommend this location if youre looking for transparent pricing or customer-first service.
