Frank Lyle This is a great insurance agency. They have provided auto, home and umbrella coverage to me for years. The staff that I have worked with, Michelle, Jodie & Becky, have always been responsive, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Whenever I have a question, it has been answered efficiently and accurately. I highly recommend this agency to anyone looking for insurance.

Carlos Duarte Customer service is fine, but this is the only insurance co. who has denied my claim. A few of my neighbors, whose houses are one or two years younger than mine, have had their roofs replaced. We all went through the same hailstorms, and their claims were not denied. So, my neighbors have new roofs and mine leaked a few months ago. Unfortunately, once you have a claim, approved or not, it goes on your record and good luck getting a decent price quote when talking to another insurer.
