1 /5 Alexa Neyra: The guy on the phone was extremely rude. We had canceled our insurance and was charged for another month. When we called to see what had happened the guy had said about some bs excuse. And when we asked why that matter he snapped at us and yelled at us to not interrupt. All we did is asked why it mattered. And when we asked why he yelled at us he went crazy and hanged up on us.
