Farmers Insurance - Diana Salas - Sherman (TX)

2 /5 Alexis Godwin: Ive never been more frustrated with an insurance company or agent. Every time I call Dianas office, Im told "let me get your number and we will call you back". It took them months to figure out how to cancel my flood insurance. They just werent doing their jobs. I called yesterday to get something taken care of, they took my number to call back and I heard nothing. I was with another agent previously, who was amazing and I was transferred to her with no notice, so I guess thats how this company works. The one time I did get her to answer and discuss my rates, she promised to look into it. Then never got back to me or did the changes she said she would. Thats just my experience in the last few years with their home and auto insurance.

1 /5 Benji Hiner: Dealt with Justin J who was a disappointment. After over a month of waiting for his response I had to retain an attorney, once I said this I got a call that was also disappointing. Would never recommend Farmers insurance.
