This office is professional and easy to work with - Ive never had to set foot in the door to take out a policy, even when calling with a rushed request because I decided to get a new car at 4:30pm and they were about to close. I recommend Get A Policy to insure your car AND your peace of mind.

1 /5 Carmen Goforth: THIS IS THE WORST INSURANCE AGENT!! I have had 3 policy with them an cancelled my last one on 9/2/22. Once again the agent never sent in my request to cancel an the company took out 168.86 out of my account. When I called to advise the payment was taken out I received the same answer as I did before from the main ADMIN Tammy she was not in the office when I cancelled my policy she didnt know what happened. I had my new agent take out my payment so what did this make happen to my account it went negative an its not their problem. I just decide to call the insurance company myself just to find out my policy was NEVER cancelled!!! An now the company is telling me 2 weeks to refund my money. I would not recommend this agency at all!! Lets not mention the 2 months ago we built an addition on to our home an I called spoke with Jim the owner he was gonna call an get me a quote on adding additional insurane for our addition we put on our house. Guess what I never heard back from him. Then back in 2018 our car insurance wasnt covered to our previous policy from an agent that let your agency but you assured me it was the same coverage. Had an accident on our honey moon (October 2018) an at that time when I figured that situation out. Tammy knows she been our representative to help an Everytime just lost for words. All Im saying is if your doing business here with your assets you better have an idea about what your doing cause you may "NOT BE COVERED OR NOT COVERED CORRECTLY!"
