2 /5 JT: At first they changed my rate about 20% more after I gave them all the information they requested and accepted and processed a payment They then decided to send me multiple letters from corporate saying theyre dropping me 4 months ago or so and then they say just ignore them. Now a week before I need to find new insurance. They dropped me for no reason other than having right-hand drive car. I know many people who have State farm that have right hand drive cars. Sounds like laziness to me. Very unprofessional.

5 /5 Destiny Pena: Ryan is absolutely amazing! He’s so good at his job. I was having some issues with other people and he looked into my account and worked so hard to get everything figured out. He did not stop until everything was sorted out for me and I ended up with a lower insurance price overall. If it wasn’t for him I don’t know who would have helped me the way he did ! It’s obvious he cares about his job and helping people. Thank you Ryan!
