1 /5 Brandy Hatchett: I have been a good paying customer for over 2yra. Never missed one thing. No accidents and no claims. They cancelled me without any notice at all. I found out because luckily i callled about my renewal when i hadnt heard from my agent. The canceled on,thw 14th and I called on the 20th. They then wanted to act like Im a brand new customer with all new pics, ID, everything already on file rather than carrying it over. I wouldnt even be dealing with this at all had my agent took the time touch base over an email or phone call. Not to mention they dropped my daughter off insurance because she hit a deer in an unavoidable accident a few years ago. So many more better companies available and use a different company instead of continuing to pay for cosmetic procedures for the owner of this place. They dont care about their customers.
