F.Carlos G. I’m gonna make this brief: Someone insured by this insurance hit my vehicle in the parking lot. Insurance told ne to take the vehicle to a shop after I sent them pictures for estimate. Now they called the shop and told them they will not pay for the remaining $1,000 labor charge since I did not use the shop they recommended. Please note, I was not given this option in the beginning, and on top of that why will I take my car to a shop I do not know. This is bad practice that should be illegal.

Killebrew also has our vacation home and our boat insurance, they can do it all. They are great to deal with, everything is so simple and easy, and you are not just another client, they remember you and understand your individual needs. Recommend them 1000%!
