1 /5 Kenneth Krohn: Go Insurance is really not a good insurance company. I was involved in an accident with a person who had Go Insurance and it was impossible to start a claim or get in contact with anyone at the company. I called every number that they had listed and was told "You will receive a text with a link after the phone call." It took days to get the link requesting my information. I sent various emails and called every known number and did not receive an acknowledgment from Go Insurance until 6 days after my accident. Meanwhile, my car is in an impound lot and I was without a rental car for over a week. It is obvious that Go Insurance likes to keep its costs down by being impossible to deal with or open a claim. I cannot imagine what the process is like if you are an insured. Its pretty clear, Go Insurance does not protect third parties or their own clients. Go Away Insurance, is what they should be called.
