I was so pleased with the service I received, I decided to move my other insurance coverages. For as many years as Ruben has been in this business, it is refreshing to see him on the ground with his staff, personally handling inquiries instead of just overseeing an office. 5 /5 Khristian N.: Ruben and the team are amazing. While Ive never had any claims (knock on wood!), I have found them to be extremely responsive and kind every time I have talked to them. Whenever I have a question or need a document, I get an answer right away. Ruben never made me feel dumb for asking questions as a new homeowner, and he and his team have continued to be as helpful and kind as anyone could want.

1 /5 Living Hope: Ruben has shown himself to be lazy, unprofessional and uncaring towards clients. Stay away from Ruben as he will not have your back or take care of your needs. He will take your money, but do not hold your breath if you need his help. I wrote to him in February 2025 about needed changes to our policies and he ignored completely the direction given. I called the office to followup on Rubens inability to followup on a clients request and I spoke with his assistant and he promised it would be taken care of. It is now the end of May 2025, and nothing has been done. The assistant went to Rubens office and he was actually working and present today. Did Ruben come to the phone? No. He told the assistant to "apologize" for being two months late in doing what he should have accomplished back in April. Ruben should be fired from representing Farmers Insurance as he brings shame to the company with his lazy and self-centered attitude.
