Callie Robles Kristel has taken such AMAZING care of us with our auto and working to bundle our home. She is very knowledgeable about all aspects of each different policy and keeps track of us. Often times calling me with more information, updates and discounts available. This helps my family of 6, with 4 drivers (soon to be 5) so much. I don’t feel like I’m being robbed! Steven Olivas Ric Rivera is a scam artist I asked him for a quote on home insurance when I went with another insurance he billed me $350 forged my signature and then sent that fake bill to collections to try and ruin my credit. Luckily I had the current insurance policy start date and could prove I never went with Ric Rivera. Beware slick Ric Rivera he will try and bill you for doing nothing. Midland TX please do not ask for a seeming less free home owners quote. Anyone moving into Lonestar II beware.
