Fred Loya Insurance - Longview (TX)

2 /5 Hannah Boggio: I got a quote on the phone last week and have been spammed with calls ever since. I’ve had to block these people from calling and report the text messages as junk. But still new numbers call and text, even leave voicemails. Not sure what is going on but I assure you I do not want insurance from here. The quote was outrageous anyways..

3 /5 Jess Moniz: We have had insurance with this company for years. The price is great, but over the years the office staff... has declined in value. We have had regular issues with coming in and the staff not being knowledgable of the services they offer and messing up on charges.

I get paid the same day of the month every month but for the last 5 months they tried drafting my premiums 2 days before my payday and caused me overdraft fees and then cancelled my policy due to lack of payment! I tried everything I could to correct it but they weren’t interested in helping me!

1 /5 Manuel Barrientos: Horrible insurence overpriced my wife and when she was hit by someone that ran a stop sign and they acted horrible on their end to resolve the matter they dint get her a rental car then they lied about her a green to a total loss pay out.. instead of doing their job and helping u when u are not at fault they will lie and con whatever they can get away with and raise you’re rate I don’t recommend this insurence at all they are horrible and caused my wife a lot of hastle they wouldn’t give her a rental unless she paid them money even with full coverage and found to not be at fault of the car accident by witnesses and police report she was forced to walk the kids to and from school everyday while she struggles with a back injury from the car accident I work out of town and can’t afford to take off or our bills won’t be paid we had to get an attorney to trie and get a resolution to their cunning lies.. save you’re selfs a lot of trouble and choose a different insurence company....
