We had been experiencing astronomical price hikes with our Agent in Dallas year after year and they were unwilling to help us shop for better options. After spending an hour with Ross on the phone he identified policies for our home, our rental properties and cars that was not only better and the coverage far superior to what we had - he saved us $8K!! This was absolutely shocking to us having overpaid for years with another Agent who was not interested in our business! What a great experience we have had with Ross! Fred Sargent Over the years, I have not had good and lasting experiences with insurance agents. It seems that they will work to get your business initially but then they get lazy and don’t want to do any work. So far, Trusted Insurance Group has been different. I just finished my first renewal of home, auto and umbrella with them and Sarah Kirk did a great job for me in this difficult insurance market. We had to change insurers because of a non renewal from a major carrier ( increased risk of wildfire in Crosby ) go figure. Anyway she was able to get decent coverage at a reasonable cost for all of my policies. I would recommend Trusted Insurance Group and Sarah Kirk as good alternative if you are seeking insurance. She will put in the work for you.
