1 /5 Fendi Flex: The first time I went there, Mariana went above and beyond to help me. She put effort, time, and patience into my situation. She made me feel like a valued customer. I thought in that moment I had found a company I planned on staying with because of that interaction alone and oh wow, how that all changed. The second and third time, it was like I was talking to a whole new person. Very little effort to even try to help me. She had a careless attitude and a "I dont care" look in her eyes. She acted like she had better things to do even though she was just sitting at her desk talking to her coworkers. I even decided to try a fourth time and it was the same situation. Bare in mind, I have been nothing but respectful and grateful with them. I never made things complicated for them. Never complained. Never treated them bad. Yet I get treated like I am someone worthless. I am very disappointed on how things changed once I became a customer. I hope this is not the same for everyone, but I myself would not recommend this place to nobody.
