1 /5 Kahlela Mercedes: This is the worst company to use for any type of insurance. I was on medical leave from my job and I have had to repeatedly call them to make sure they’re on top of things bc I learned very quickly they let things just fall thru the cracks. It’s insane to me that even though I cannot even see paperwork submitted they expected me to know things they have access to. I repeatedly had to give them the same information, they missed multiple payments, they assigned me a case worker I never heard from and she messed up my paperwork which delayed my payments… I mean take the most vulnerable time in your life and just imagine having to deal with a firm that could care less… no remorse, no apologies, no sense of urgency whatsoever…. I’ve never witnessed such terrible customer service… they make att seem like rock stars… and that’s saying something. I don’t think any company should use this firm for anything it was an absolute nightmare the time I had to spend telling ppl how to do their jobs just by using common sense.

2 /5 Jeffery Staser: Im going to give them a two only because I once considered them a 4. I went to Hartford through AARP 6 or 7 years ago. The savings was considerable. This year Hartford increased my insurance 36%. When I asked why they cited the windshield replacement and my driving score on the app they required me to download onto my phone. Their service had been fair to good to that point, but I had only needed them for the one claim. I found it ironic that I found the EXACT same coverage with GEICO for a 42% savings over the increased terms of Hartford. What Ive discovered is that it is better to pay for any possible claim unless it is a total loss of the vehicle. Insurance has no longer become a tool to help cover the damage to your vehicle. It has become nothing more than a legal requirement that fills the pockets of the companies and the lobbyist for the companies. It is little wonder why there are sooooo many people driving around without insurance!!

1 /5 Loren Trejo: The employees of this company are rude I asked for a technical support regarding the app you HAVE TO USE if not they force you to pay more last year THEY DO NOT HAVE HAVE IT. They have the power to disconnect you at any time they also are the ones to conect you back if you dont check offten the they change you later Also every agent as diferent reasons for changing you extra like Renee you were disconnected from the system you have to pay of we cancel your policy Melissa everything went up in price, other Ken 3 claims (I check on Lexis and Exis resolutions.com) only 2 I found. Etc etc etc for sure customer service will reply to me contact us blah blah bla I was told in 2 days a supervisor will call me they I do not recoment this car insurance co

1 /5 Andy Townsend: Would give zero stars if I could… have a premium policy and I have to beg to get them on the phone or get anything done. I will be changing providers. The voicemail says “commitment to excellent service” and I would say it the opposite. Not worth the money.

1 /5 Niki Sky: I have never dealt with such bad service. They wouldnt answer my calls or emails and were completely unhelpful. I dont have insurance with them but I was hit by one of their insured and it took them a whole month until they gave some settlement which was also completely ridiculous. Now I am stuck going through my own insurance. I hope they treat their insured better than they treated me because it was beyond unprofessional.
