I called in and Loren Lopez assisted me and was so very pleasant and explained everything to MY understanding. I stayed with the company because of Loren. Today another young lady assisted me and was not good, but scooted over to Loren she took control explained with total patience. If you need help and want a pleasant experience ask for Loren Lopez. No anger issues, never gets frustrated very professional knows how to explain details step by step. Thanks Loren!
