5 /5 Roberta Cortez: When i started with this company years ago I had an awful experience that was unimaginable. I could not get a hold of corporate or anyone in upper management to respond. I called in and Loren Lopez assisted me and was so very pleasant and explained everything to MY understanding. I stayed with the company because of Loren. Today another young lady assisted me and was not good, but scooted over to Loren she took control explained with total patience. If you need help and want a pleasant experience ask for Loren Lopez. No anger issues, never gets frustrated very professional knows how to explain details step by step. Thanks Loren!

5 /5 Isaiah Lion: Berenise has been very helpful she helped me with things that I didnt even know about auto insurance, I needed help with I didnt understand the insurance thing completely but she gave me the best quote I could ever received from the company even from her personally she helped me out whenever I needed it best and I am very grateful that for her help. She has make sure the customer is actually happy and they can agree with the payment theyre being paying monthly. Will come back and ask for berenice

She always keeps me updated about the rates of insurance policies..and gives you the best policies...I recommend this agency the ladies over there are really helpfull and give you the time needed..
