5 /5 Nic L: I know Fred Loya has a bad rep for customer service and trust me when I say that Ive had my share of Hang Ups and given the runaround to. but this location right here is my go-to when everything else fails I can rely on this location to answer the phone and not hang up on me and actually help me with my problem and get it settled done in a quick professional manner I really really really appreciate the people that work in this location specially Jose hes really really professional and Incredibly helpful they go Beyond 4 for the costumer.

1 /5 Stephanie Travis: This is the worst insurance company I have ever experienced they call you thousands of time days ahead for payment not giving you a chance to make the call. They have no sympathy for their customers doin this pandemic nor weather storm power outages money money will not waive fees knowing the world is in a crisis. Please choose wisely Gold Diggers

1 /5 Michael Torres: Fred loyal overall is a terrible insurance to be under its just wants to scam people to join. I recently had a car accident and ended up in the hospital for a few days. Later on I get a call from them just to tell me what had happened. And so I explained to them exactly how it happened. I told them it was completely my fault and nobody else fault. A couple of days pass by and I get a letter from them telling me that" Im not gonna be cover from them simply because I didnt inform them right of the bat". They are basically telling you that you have to pay for the damage completely. I was in the hospital for a few days so just because I was injured and couldnt tell you guys, youre telling me Im not gonna be covered at all. And yes expect me to take yall to court cause that was the reason to have insurance to begin with and for the insurance to pay for the damages, and not the customer.

1 /5 Kendria Ray: I went here to pay my insurance cause its where i started my policy. The door was locked at likr 1:15pm so i called to see why cause there wasnt a sign on the door and she said they have lunch from 1-2 pm. Ok cool. I go back at like 2:10pm and the door is still locked. I called back and let her know the door is still locked can they open it. She say she in the office in fort worth. Then i asked for the number for the office i was at then she say this is their number but you just said you was in fort worth....wth is going on. Not professional at all.
