Misti Schultz I’ve been nothing but satisfied with Jordan Smith’s office since my whole family got our insurance through them. Everyone is very helpful when we call them for any questions we may have. Lately we’ve been dealing mostly with Samantha, and she is the most helpful and nicest person every time we talk to her. It’s honestly so refreshing these days, because getting professional, helpful customer service is very rare, but she is also so sweet that you get off the phone with a smile on your face. I’ve also dealt with Jordan Smith personally many times, and he went beyond what an insurance company would normally do, just to have me add my home insurance with them since I was a new homeowner who didn’t know much about what I needed. If you’re looking for a very personable insurance company for your needs, then I would highly suggest you sign up with Jordan Smith’s office!

Brenda Douglas Pay out is great but customer service is terrible

Gene Birch Gracey and her team are amazing and very knowledgeable. When I bundled my home owners and auto insurance. We called the 1-800 number for Allstate in August 2024. we got insurance at an agreed upon price. In November 2024 unbeknown to us they billed our mortgage for an additional 1,000 dollars. We contacted customer service and got no where. We contacted Gracey and she said for us to transfer our policy to her as our Agent.We did and three days later we were able to get a refund for our 1,000 dollars. We never realized the importance of having an agent. We highly recommend Gracey and her Team. Honest and reliable.
