Chris Ojeda Walking into Zales at South Park Mall, we honestly just needed a quick ring cleaning. Life happens, and my partner’s engagement ring was looking a little less sparkly than usual! We were greeted so warmly, and Jeanette took such great care of us. Not only did she offer to clean her ring, but she also mentioned that we still had a warranty on it! We had completely forgotten about it. To our surprise, the warranty covered resizing, which is something wed been considering for a while. And the best part? Jeanette explained that we even have options for future upgrades! It was such a pleasant and unexpected experience. Jeanette was absolutely wonderful – so friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. We went in for a simple cleaning and left feeling so happy and informed about our options. Katie T Branden was so helpful when it came to making my engagement ring a reality! He was able to take a stone from an old family ring and do beautiful hand engraving of leaves/flowers on the sides. He worked with us on price to my our dream a reality. I got updates throughout the process. After my now-fiancé proposed, we realized we had ordered the ring too large. Branden very kindly resized it for us quickly & for free. The whole experience was great.

LUIS SAENZ VERY SATISFIED with the work they did on my jewelry & price reasonable too I paid $193 on 5 items I took. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!! They are about QUALITY NOT QUANTITY!! Not like Joyeria Gress they were gonna charge me $285. They are the TOTAL OPPOSITE!!
