1 /5 Angela Brown: Sadly, we selected this store because it was close to home and appeared to be family owned. I regret that decision now. I had five bracelets repaired there. The workmanship and quality of the work left much to be desired. Two bracelets required a clasp insert to lock. The one in the picture is a little off causing me to concerned about it falling off. The pieces that were mended back together are discolored and bulky at the repair site. All of my bracelets were yellow gold, but the repairs were made with bronze material. Perhaps I should have read the reviews first. Unfortunately, in July, 2022 customers at this location don’t receive consistency in service. I do not recommend this business. There work look like something a beginner would do in shop class.

5 /5 Carolyn Hayward: My husband proposed to me with this beautiful band and ring ensemble. Unfortunately, I have super small fingers. The ring was size 7 and we needed to get it down to a size 4. I’m sure you can now imagine the perplexity of the matter. Stones could fall out being stretched to those limits and it could possibly look distorted in the end. Bummer! So we went back to place where the ring was purchased, however, I didn’t want to part with my ring. There was the talk of exchanging to another ring but it wouldn’t be the same. At this point, it had such high sentimental value to me! The store recommended The Jewelry Box just across the street. We dropped off my wedding ring. We were concerned the size I had to get my ring resized was impossible but when the jeweler arrived with the finished product, we were beyond ecstatic!!! This business is very much reputable despite what others may say. We had no idea some of the things people were saying on the google reviews. They treated us right and we couldn’t have asked for better results! They made it happen!! We truly appreciate all your hard work and generosity. Family owned company and they treat you with respect as if you were one of their very own. Check this place out if you have jewelry business to take care of, I highly recommend them!

5 /5 Jana Martin: Was in town overnight and needed a necklace fixed. Johnson’s Jewelry quoted me $185 because it was a rush job. The Jewelry Box had it fixed in less than 20 minutes and didn’t charge an arm and a leg to do it. Outstanding customer service, very friendly and knowledgeable. Will continue to use them, even though it is a 6 hour drive for me.
