Farmers Insurance - Sara King - Burleson (TX)

2 /5 Donald Moore: Poorly managed, Sarah took her eye off the ball. Never returned calls about my policy & her staff seemed uninformed.

4 /5 K Hutchinson: There was an issue,I had after signing up with an associate of hers. Sara King fixed what she could,then gave me other information to take care of the other parts,and also followed up with me to assure things were handled to my satisfaction. I only gave four stars because people will frown upon five. However she is definitely a 5 star in my book. Thanks again Sara King for all the help

1 /5 Trish Medford: I typically do not send Google reviews unless they are good ones. But, I would give no stars but that is not an options so I had to give one star. I have never been more disappointed in a company in my life. My parents have had Farmers Insurance for over 50+ years beginning with John Leslie Farmers Insurance and when he retired and Johns daughter Sara took over the business. My 83 year old mom had an accident last year with several broken bones and was in and out of hospital and rehab for months. I took over her medical care and household bills. Unable to drive any longer, I sold her car for her. I called and informed Tori in Sara King Farmers office of the sale. I was told by Tori that since my mom would no longer have a multi discount with house and car insured that Farmers policy is they will not write just homeowners policy and when it come up for renewal it would most likely not renew and be canceled. I asked to speak to Sara but she was not available and she would be given a message to call me back. I pulled out homeowners bills for the past 4 years to be prepared for the phone call from Sara. But I didnt get a call back. I called again and she was busy again. waited for a returned call but no call. I called again and explained my mom deserved better than this after being customer for over 50+ years. Sara finally called me back and apologized over and over. I gave her a chance because she could look at other companies to write just homeowners policy and she would put it on her calendar to start working on quotes several weeks before policy end and would call me. Unfortunately, 3 weeks before end of policy I did not get a call from Sara so I called and left a message for her to call me. But 2 weeks later had not gotten a call back so I called again and spoke to Tori and explained I was very upset with the lack of importance to take care of a great customer for so many years. I was told how sorry she was and she did give Sara the message weeks ago. I asked if Sara was available but of course she was not in the office yet but I could leave a message. I told Tori, no, I wasnt going to leave another message and I was done with her, Sara and Farmers and I would take my moms business to Sharon Robinson State Farm where I have done business for many years and have never had these problems. And that is what I did and had a new policy written within a few hours. My mom deserved way way better than this from Sara King and it makes me sad but my mom knows that I really tried and that is all that I care about.
