3 /5 Rachel Slaughter: We have had insurance with this agency for many, many years. I used to think that they were great, until I had some problems. When that happened, because I paid my insurance thru the company online , the people in the office could not help me. Ok, fine. After that, I still found insurance with them. I decided that I would pay thru them the entire time. The 2nd i called to pay, they couldnt help me. My card wouldnt go thru even tho the money was there. So I went thru the company. I looked at my bank statement, the payment went thru, but they put it back. It didnt make sense. I think they choose who they want to deal with and I was not one of them. So if something goes wrong with this policy(I pray that doesnt happen), I will move on from them. Good luck with finding insurance. I would think twice about this place
