1 /5 Sandra Martinez-Perez: Extremely poor customer service. They keep rising their prices, and if you check directly with Progressive its a lot of cheaper for the exact coverage. If you want to cancel, they give you a bunch of run arounds, and they request to see paperwork from the new insurance, additionallly they want you to sign a document, to which they are not supposed to. If they had good service, at least you could say that customer loyalty may keep you there. But bad service, bad attitude, plus high prices. No, thank you!
I had to come back to add something.. things keep getting worse with this insurance. Its been almost 4 weeks, and I still have not gotten the escrow reimbursement. They do everything to complicate things for you if you cancel.
