2 /5 Ruben Perez: My wife needed auto insurance so she called the Edinburg office. Note, we drove past the office and there was only one car. As my wife called, a woman answered and my wife asked for a quote. She was placed on hold for no reason. My wife waited from 2 to 3 minutes and she became very upset and hung up. She said her new auto insurance will exclude A-Max based on very poor customer service

2 /5 Joey Mendoza: While the inside is clean and presentable, the exterior looks neglected, with overgrown grass giving it an abandoned feel. Although I was greeted professionally, the $28 liability insurance is clearly a bait-and-switch gimmick. The actual quote wasn’t even close to the advertised rate, and I doubt anyone gets that price. Because of the false advertising and exterior neglect, I’m giving it two stars instead of four
