1 /5 AK: Having been referred to this agency by a colleague, I had high hopes. I had my insurance with this agency for approximately 2 to 3 years, and it was never good. I finally had to cancel all coverages and move to another agency because the customer service was nonexistent many mistakes were made. There are so many good agencies I would look for a different insurance agent.

1 /5 Chelsea Corossan: Jamco deserves ZERO stars! Romeo Ocampo will shop around and get you the lowest rate possible (not always a good thing) then when the insurance company cancels your homeowners insurance policy two days AFTER the legal cut off period, he’ll completely ghost you and not help you out from there. He shouldn’t be in business. We will be reporting him and the insurance company he got us a shady policy with (American Risk Insurance) to the state for further review. We’ll also be filing formal complaints against both. Shady and fraudulent to say the absolute least! And for context, ARI cancelled our homeowners insurance 62 days into the policy (legal cut off is 60 days) due to claiming our roof “needs to be replaced.” Our house isn’t even 10 years old. The ARI representative who came out to take pictures of our house literally did not even step foot on our property nor could they provide photo evidence of our roof. He stood in the middle of the road for 30 seconds and took pictures then left. We have security footage evidence. We never saw the pictures to be able to dispute the ridiculous claims of the alleged state of our roof.
