S P Went to this place after trying 3 other places 2 of which were closed and the third had staff doing “shift change” and wouldn’t be available for 20-30 minutes or so they said.im not sure what shift change takes half an hour or who shuts down 20-30 minutes before their shift ends but it looked like they were just hanging. I was slightly irritated going to this fourth place for a money order. The young lady at the window had such a positive attitude it was contagious. She made my day. Thank you so much for having such a wonderful upbeat person at this time (10:00pm) when most people are not at their brightest. This young lady is upbeat and had me out within minutes. Even asked if I needed to buy a stamp. Talk about efficiency. She sure is a delight to come across!!!

Randy Gregory It was around the 1st of the month and the store had a lot of volume, meaning many customers on line. Despite the customers being very rude, to other customers and extremely being rude to the employees, there was 1 employee that was working and defused the whole situation. After my transition I found out that it was the manager of the store and she showed 100% curtesy that every customer should receive. Her name was Annie. So if you every step foot in this location you should ask for her because i am sure you will receive the service you deserve

Lisa Pearce The tax preparer are good , the manager is rude and disrespectful! She has been there to long. Time to transfer her and place someone else there. She is racist against african american. We dont need that in the bronx.

Noel Valerio My client—who is elderly and does not speak English—came to this place of business to redeem some money orders. She could not stop telling me how caring and compassionate a young woman working there was to her. The young woman did not rush my client, listened carefully to everything she said, and offered creative solutions to her logistical headaches. Customer service comes from a desire to please. The young woman has that in spades. Continue being you.

Magen Phillips-Vargas I come here to use the ATM never have problems always clean but now Im unable to get in before opening times or if its after its closed due to a new operating thing on the door I was able to slide my card and open it now its different so Im not sure if only bank costumers can get in or if there is a certain way to open the doors but if only bank costumers can get in after hours Im afraid you could loose a little bit of business because atms get used daily even after hours
