She was instrumental in helping me secure the proper documentation for POA for a family member - and then proceeded to answer all pertinent questions the last 9 months when I needed insight. Lastly she also provided me with detailed information relevant to an processes of an account - and I just appreciated her genuine character making the consumer feel like they truly come first!

1 /5 Elizabeth Nazario: BEWARE !!!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS PARKCHESTER BANK BRANCH ( BRONX ) SECURITY SAFE DEPOSIT BOXES..... SEVERAL JEWELRY PIECES WERE MISSING / STOLEN FROM MY BOX. THE THIEF WAS VERY SELECTIVE IN CHOOSING WHAT PIECES TO TAKE SINCE OTHER PIECES WERE STILL THERE. ITS UNHEARD OF, ITS DISGUSTING , CRIMINAL AND DEPLORABLE ON HOW THEY MANAGE TO GET INTO MY BOX AND GET AWAY WITH IT. DEFINITELY AN "INSIDE JOB". I HAD THE SAFE DEPOSIT BOX SINCE THE 80s ( AT THIS BRANCH AND PRIOR TO THAT 10 YEARS AT THE FLUSHING BRANCH IN KISSENA BLVD WITH NO PROBLEM THERE ) AND CLOSED IT OUT LAST DEC 24. THE LOCK MUST HAVE BEEN TAMPERED WITH SINCE A LOCKSMITH HAD TO BE CALLED IN TO OPEN IT. MY KEYS DID NOT WORK WHEN I NEEDED TO ACCESS MY BELONGINGS. SHADY AND NEFARIOUS ACTIVITY HAPPENINGS IN THE SAFE DEPOSIT AREA FOR SURE.

5 /5 Anselmo Miranda: Came to this bank on my way home to Queens, they were super busy but my experience was top tier. Manuel, the banking representative was efficient and very knowledgeable on all the banking programs available. I was in and out in less than the time I expected. The entire branch followed Covid protocols and the areas were all sanitized before and after all customers used the desk/counters. I am immune compromised and this is a big deal for me.

1 /5 S Dot: Crappie bank I’ve always had an issue with they don’t reach out to you when there is an issue that needs to addressed. The worst bank I’ve ever banked with and Jaqueline Romero Reyes was of no help she didn’t make me feel like she even cared about what happened to my account that branch should be closed down. I won’t ever bank with them again and anyone else who does good luck.
