shawn dibello Very disappointed in the way I was treated by the teller on the phone. I called about my account, when I tried to explain to the teller what happened I was cut off twice by her saying, “ I don’t care”. When I asked one other question I was told, “ Just keep an eye on your account”. I hung up and called the Grant Ave branch was treated a thousand times better and they even apologized for what the other teller said to me. I’ll most likely be closing all my accounts soon and going to a different bank. And yes I do know the ride tellers name and did provide it to the second branch.

Ingrid Stipa This has been my bank for over twenty years. It is a pleasant building with a welcoming atmosphere. Whenever I had any problems with my accounts or ATM card, these were handled very efficiently and always with a smile.

The seller’s whole side was a complete and utter nightmare during this transaction. We dealt with so many delays and Erika and her team did EVERYTHING they could to help us not lose money after locking into our rate. I am beyond grateful. A lot of people questioned why I was using Homestead instead of a “going directly to the bank” and interestingly enough, before locking in, I spoke with a family member who recently started working at Chase. He gave me his best rates at the time and Erika was still able to get me the same rate but with even fewer points. Erika took the time to understand what was best for us and what was best given the wild market we were shopping in. This just solidified my belief that there wasn’t anyone better to have chosen for this transaction. I cannot recommend Erika highly enough. Her dedication to client satisfaction, coupled with her expertise and integrity, sets her apart. Elijah Freeman Notice how all the negative comments everywhere arent clients even though we are one of the highest rated for doing good business and a lot of it. Notice people crying to pay for state and federal licensing as if licenses are free. Anyway, I love it. Your favorite company, possibly the one you work for invests in Primerica. I dont get it....but rock on guys

Colville Outfitters There isnt a better bank in the WNY region that CCB. I am dealing with them on a loan and their people are second to none. If your looking for financing dont miss out on checking with this incredible group of individuals. They really care about the community and the people who live there. I went through many banks before finding CCB and I am so glad I was pushed into that direction by a friend. I never received this sort of attention from M&T bank who I have been banking with for 30 years. Do yourself a favor and check with this bank for all your lending needs.
