5 /5 Ingrid Stipa: This has been my bank for over twenty years. It is a pleasant building with a welcoming atmosphere. Whenever I had any problems with my accounts or ATM card, these were handled very efficiently and always with a smile.

3 /5 Nathaniel Todd: Community Bank services multiple car loans for my family. They were simply a local bank with a good rate. It was a hassle to set up my accounts to be paid electronically, however, and both times I did so I had to physically come into the office and fill out forms. I would expect such services to be completed online, which is far more convenient.

1 /5 KJ Glemaud: I’m getting nonstop calls about my payments and continuously getting told that I owe more than the mobile banking website is showing. Like i paid off the month of April for my car, the payment was 115, i sent 165 so part of it went to May. But i get a call from Cassandra (i think) that April owes 159, how is that possible when the app said i only owe 115, and paid 165 ??? the math isn’t adding up, AND I LITERALLY CRUNCHED THE NUMBERS. so yeah im dreading the rest of my time with a bank that tries to scam their customers

2 /5 Jahdyra Gooden: THEYRE NEVER OPEN? like their hours are 8 or 9 to 4 pm. (I stand corrected, sometimes its even 9-3, how great is that!) Then on saturdays and weekends theyve been cutting back on hours too. i work 8-4 like every other normal adult every single day and by the time im off theyre always closed. Then they change their hours or cut their hours without letting anyone know through text or email. Im trusting my MONEY to these guys and its been FOUR DAYS of no SERVICE. what kind of “family” cant be open even an hour or two after regular working hours for 90% of the town its so ridiculous. They send nothing to NOTIFY you of a change to hours and instead you try to race there to deposit money so you can stop getting stupid overdraft fees and theyre CLOSED AT 1 PM?? POOR. BANK. 8-4 is not “family” hours! If i could only contact my family between those hours id be DEAD. I was only 70$ overdrafted and now im 145!!! Why? Because theres NOBODY IN THE BANK TO ACCEPT MY CHECKS FOR FOUR DAYS. ludicrous you guys are lucky you havent been SUED for fraudulence. I doubt anyone would even BANK here if you advertised correctly and said “yea this bank is great if you dont work during the day and are fine with never having access to your money/financial assets on the weekends” im finding a new bank.

1 /5 elvin cortez: Poor staff, they want you to get out as fast as possible even when it’s over the phone. Don’t go to this bank!!! No one will really help you or try.
