Ivana Zapata Saul Custodio has made my father’s passing easier to cope with. As a family, we never believed we would be grieving my father, at such an early stage in life. But here we are, and we’re thankful for real-life angels, such as Saul. He has helped us tremendously in navigating the financial aftermath, of our father’s passing. He was actually the one who helped my father with his life insurance policy, 14 years ago and now us, with our own. He is not only very professional in what he does, but is also very humble and empathetic. Thank you Saul!

Jeff Bell My father-in-law had his retirement account transferred by his ex-employer to Fidelity from another financial services company. It was a somewhat complex situation. We went into the Albany office and, although it took two hours, Lilien was very helpful and did everything that she could to help resolve the situation. Dealing with Fidelity can be complicated, but so far I have had only positive interactions with this local office.
