I had called many brokers and bank mortgage lenders to see if they would be a good fit and I was always frustrated. Not with Guaranteed Rate. Changed rate weeks before closing. did not show up for closing. Constant miscommunications on insurance., errors on their end. Worst customer service response. Took from escrow 3x erroneously. Best day ever when Chase Mortgage took over account.
