5 /5 Vicki Mae: Ive had nothing but wonderful, fast service with this bank, and every interaction has been stellar. Today was just an absolutely rotten day for me, and along came Jessica. Her smiling face and happy demenor always make such a world of difference. I left with a smile on my face and 2 little ducks in my pocket after an exchange asking how I was doing, and a reply of "oh, just ducky." She was a wonderfully bright spot in a cloudy day, and is an absolute gem of a person! Wonderful service, wonderful staff, wonderful experience!

1 /5 Heather Duda: I made 2 appointments for Saturday morning, one at 10 am to open a checking acct, one at 11 for a notary signature. Upon arrival I was told I had a 10 am appointment with a girl that did not work Saturdays from a teller that was shouting at me across the lobby. I was told I would have to wait until 11am for my notary appointment. I got in line so I could verify that the notary was available if I waited until 11. The teller then says, we do not have someone here that could notarize anything for you! I was rescheduling my appointments when Joanne came out of her office and asked who was next, I turned and said that would be me but there is no notary here. Joanne said, I can notarize it for you, she did, then made me leave her office to help someone that came in after me. We waited, finally got called in at 11:45 am to open a student checking that took over a hour because of computer issues. This place is unbelievable disorganized. I’ve been here 3 hours WITH appointments scheduled!!

5 /5 Kristopher Bradt: I had an excellent meeting with the new branch manager - Katie. She followed up with some key points of the conversation which I totally forgot about. Everyone is always helpful - Romney is my go to for all things financial, the tellers are always kind and greet ytou with a smile and a hello. A+++
