lily white I needed open an checking account and asking questions about my car loan, visited this branch first thing in the morning. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a bank specialist, didn’t have to make appointment he looked at my ID and tell me to sit down and I will be the next to be seen. I had Mr. Walter helped me. He was very efficient and made everything very quick and he also answered all my questions and explained a lot of things addition to my questions patiently just in case I get confused in the future. I saw some negative reviews before I visited this branch, but I think I had a great satisfied experience personally. Good luck Mr. Walter. Hope to get help from you next time.

Steve R. I gave WFA one third of my portfolio three years ago and this is my update on their performance over that time. I am a client of Nick L., so this primarily reflects on the success of his efforts. I have been very pleased. Nick and his team consistently exceed my expectations in terms of portfolio performance, client service, customization, enjoyably meetings, and the statistical analyses I require. As someone who has written my own investment software for over 10 years, I have a lot "invested" in managing my own portfolio. However at this time I am considering placing another third of my funds under Nicks management.

Shannara Feliciano This has got to be the worst Bank of America branch I have ever been to. Came in for a simple pin reset for my card and I was there for close to two hrs before deciding to leave. Ended up going to the teller to withdraw money I needed to get out the atm and it was way quicker. He asked someone who was the manager to take care of me really quick because I was next and had my young kids who had to use the restroom and manager declined. Meanwhile he has plenty of time to prance around the branch back and forth being selective on who he helped.
