As she heard, she was so nice and friendly and didnt seem to be bothered by my noisy background. She was kind and we laughed about some things together. She made me feel very welcome. She helped me start my service and it was so easy because of her. She is wonderful and deserves a pizza party!!

Theresa is a credit union superstar who I give an A++ for customer service in this impersonal world of AI bots and AI-driven automated customer service engines that are more frustrating than intelligent!
