TD Bank - Monticello (NY)

1 /5 Jordan Zayas: ZERO stars if I truly can! Been with this bank for a MONTH and I have yet to get a new card they keep saying fraud and they don’t know how to properly help you. I came to, TWO DIFFERENT women at this location and both tells me different things. I just closed my account with td bank never again will I chose this bank. They are a big joke

1 /5 Hannah Ganga: So my moms always at the bank, she always coming there meaning most the employees who work there know her. My mom has taken large amounts of money out of her account before and was never questioned about it. Today 01-17-25 when she went up to the teller to withdraw money today the teller gave my mother an attitude, asked questions, & asked for her drivers license. Which my mother was confused about because usually she just has to give her card and that’s its. My mom was confused because it was her money that she was withdrawing. My mom when she left was so uncomfortable & disheartened with her experience because the bank was always nice to her.

1 /5 William Mac Millan: On Monday, October 28, 2024 I went to TD Bank in Monticello to discuss an account. This was at the request from one of the personnel at the bank who called me. After waiting about 20 minutes with my dog, a customer came in was and was taken in front of several customers who were waiting. I happen to be next and asked the manager about it. She said we had to scan with our phones and she showed us how.  I told her again that I was next and she said you have to scan and walked away. She did absolutely nothing to set the order of customers of who is next. I went from being next to being third in line. She could’ve taken two minutes and straightened this out, instead she just blew me off like I didn’t exist. I have never had such a horrible experience in a bank. I am now contemplating going elsewhere with my business. No customer should be treated the way I was by this manager. An hour round-trip nearly 40 minutes wasted waiting and I got absolutely nothing done. This is a terrible way to manage your business.

2 /5 Elizabeth Rickard: After waiting 20 minutes for the single teller to wait on me I must say that teller deserves a raise and a promotion. The second working teller left for lunch while the place was jammed with people inside and out. The working teller kept his cool was polite, helpful, (he assisted me on an transaction unfamiliar to him), and competent. He dispatched with me in a few short minutes. Any business would be lucky to have him and Im sorry I didnt get his name.

1 /5 Bridget Stafford: We mistakenly chose this bank when we left our old local bank because TD had more locations as we travel the east coast. They are consistently short staffed and never answer their phones. The lines can also be quite long waiting for a teller. I have spoken to their corporate office repeatedly about this and apparently they care very little for their customers and their overworked staff. There are many other banks in the area. Just saying.
