1 /5 William Mac Millan: On Monday, October 28, 2024 I went to TD Bank in Monticello to discuss an account. This was at the request from one of the personnel at the bank who called me.
After waiting about 20 minutes with my dog, a customer came in was and was taken in front of several customers who were waiting. I happen to be next and asked the manager about it. She said we had to scan with our phones and she showed us how. I told her again that I was next and she said you have to scan and walked away. She did absolutely nothing to set the order of customers of who is next. I went from being next to being third in line. She could’ve taken two minutes and straightened this out, instead she just blew me off like I didn’t exist. I have never had such a horrible experience in a bank. I am now contemplating going elsewhere with my business. No customer should be treated the way I was by this manager. An hour round-trip nearly 40 minutes wasted waiting and I got absolutely nothing done. This is a terrible way to manage your business.
