Andrew Burns The most dedicated staff you will ever see at a bank. The only negative is that the hours are difficult to work around if you work full time during the week. Often the only way to get to the bank would be to use a majority of my lunch break. Would highly recommend if you are able to use them.

Susan Fredrick In the 20 years I’ve been using the Norwich branch of SFCU I have never had an issue. The staff has always been knowledgable, friendly and helpful. Their Customer Service reps are great too, the on call agents have assisted me many times. I would recommend SFCU to anyone in need of banking services .

Her and her team are very responsive, and communicate well which is EVERYTHING when you have tons of money on the line.
