5 /5 Susan Fredrick: In the 20 years I’ve been using the Norwich branch of SFCU I have never had an issue. The staff has always been knowledgable, friendly and helpful. Their Customer Service reps are great too, the on call agents have assisted me many times. I would recommend SFCU to anyone in need of banking services .

3 /5 Raechel Geldof: Already not impressed with this bank. My auto loan is through here. I messaged the savings representative. She will only help you if you’re opening another savings. Cannot get into the online account to make an auto payment. I will be forced to mail out the payment now. I miss ESL. They were way more helpful.
