Elizabeth Stinson I can always get someone on the phone quickly when. I have to call. Today was no exception. The customer care representatives are always very kind, helpful, super knowledgeable, able to answer any questions I have and explain the process of how payments work. I also get emails and texts if I happen to miss a payment, which makes it easy to reschedule and keep on track.

Elijah Freeman Notice how all the negative comments everywhere arent clients even though we are one of the highest rated for doing good business and a lot of it. Notice people crying to pay for state and federal licensing as if licenses are free. Anyway, I love it. Your favorite company, possibly the one you work for invests in Primerica. I dont get it....but rock on guys

Jonah Minkoff-Zern We worked with Joe for a few years. While he was patient working through various issues with us, it felt that he didnt have time to help in the end. Last year he made a mistake filing our taxes - which is OK - mistakes happen - but instead of taking the time to fix it or look into it, he put it back on me to try to figure it out when I received the notification from the State. It took a lot of time and effort for me to figure out what had happened (as Im not an accountant) and when he finally took the time to look and realized that he had made a not insignificant mistake - a mistake that led to us planing financially for a return that was much higher than our actual return; he didnt offer an apology - let alone a discount off a rate that somehow had increased by 50% from the previous year without warning (I found out when I received an invoice). Im sure for other accounts he could do better - for people with more knowledge of the tax system, etc. as I do think he is knowledgeable. It definitely was not a good experience for us in the end.
