She provided realtor and loan services which made everything go smooth, considering ive heard stories in the past about how stressful the process can be. Although it was a huge decision in our lives, Courtney made it feel almost stress free. She was very professional with the process, and always followed up on her emails and questions very quickly. When we met with her, she broke down the entire process for us multiple times because we still had so many questions. She was thorough, yet patient. Anne Warncke I cant tell you how many times that if I hadnt had Community Action around we would have went hungry theyve been wonderful they helped when we didnt have summer clothing that we needed they gave us a lot of food and a lot of bread and they were very kind and considerate they even help me pay my rent it was amazing what a Christmas that was it was just a wonderful Christmas present to me because I was all on my own thank you again Community Action you get five stars from me and Diane was there at the time and I want to say thank you Diane and her staff start helping me out so much God bless
