1 /5 Paul Robison: After dealing with Smith Barney for 4 years they put into action "fees" on FMA accounts (checking accounts). I just got hit with over 150$ fee and when I asked my financial adviser, Arthur Stern, to reimburse me because Ive never hear of the fees, he said " Im not going to eat that". A simple courtesy would have been nice, but now Im out and done with Smith Barney and Morgan Stanley and Citi Group. Bunch of Snakes.

1 /5 Candancesue Jubie: We arrived 5 minutes early, buzzed in by (I think)the receptionist, nobody was there to greet us, we waited 15 minutes passed our appointment time and left as nobody came to even acknowledge our presents. An hour and a half later recieved a phone call asking where we were, I explained what had happened and my disappointment in their lack of customer care.
