This time that office was backlogged but instead of making me wait or use another company, they had another office handle my application. Kevin handled the entire process from start to finish. Can only be described as patient, personable, thorough, and professional! Sharon was just as courteous and conscientious with help and follow up when we thought there was an issue with the bank transfer. An awesome team to work with.
