Jamie Andera I just want to acknowledge an employee. Hoping that Chelsea Robinson gets the credit she deserves. She is a professional and also compassionate. In this day and age its refreshing to work with a person and an establishment that excels in customer service. Ms. Robinson exemplifies this and more. I would like to commend her and if she were my employee, Id give her a raise, a promotion or at least take her to lunch! Thank you again Chelsea.
Shannara Feliciano This has got to be the worst Bank of America branch I have ever been to. Came in for a simple pin reset for my card and I was there for close to two hrs before deciding to leave. Ended up going to the teller to withdraw money I needed to get out the atm and it was way quicker. He asked someone who was the manager to take care of me really quick because I was next and had my young kids who had to use the restroom and manager declined. Meanwhile he has plenty of time to prance around the branch back and forth being selective on who he helped.
