Emily Prentice Worst bank ever! Havent corrected my loan payoff...in fact, they added more to it! Asked for a bank statement, but they dont have statements! What bank doesnt have statements??!! Cant wait to be rid of this bank!

We also value his responsiveness. He always promptly returns my emails or calls and is happy to answer any questions that I may have. I appreciate that he is fee-only.
