1 /5 Graham Austin: Gaffed me off multiple times and is absolutely horrible about responding to people. Made multiple obvious errors on my LLCs taxes. Refused to fix them or answer questions about them. Instead he insisted that it was right and tried to charge $300 just to have the discussion. Normal CPAs will walk through everything before filling out the forms, this guy just went off an excel sheet, made a bunch of assumptions, sent one follow up email, and submitted it. Absolutely absurd response, horrible quality work, horrible quality service, and clearly just trying to extort people instead of owning his mistakes.

1 /5 Steve Dock: It started off strong with these guys but became less communicative over time as their business grew. Our 2020 return was a disaster. They didnt have experience with the real estate rental business particularly short term rentals and allocating expense vs capital. They treated all of my real estate income as passive, ignored things like mileage and over capitalized spreading my expenses over 27 years. All of these things resulted in a $40k tax bill. Someone else is redoing the return because when I corrected them and they agreed, they refused to amend the return. Be careful with these guys!
