1 /5 Hayley Evans: My mom had to make a deposit and we had to wait for over an HOUR to even get to the window in order to start our deposit. I personally don’t have an account with Empower but this 100% deterred me from ever opening one with them. Empower, you need to fix this issue!! The pandemic has been going on for almost 10 months, there has to be a better way to run the drive thru.
