Recent special mentions for current Mgr Mary, Ast Kim, cashier Anneth and yesterdays cashier that I did not get her name yet. Each of the above is always professional, friendly helpful and does their job well. Legacy Signature Bank branches will keep the same Private Banking Model or Single Point of Contact. Customer experience here on the personal and commercial side is exceptional, and I highly recommend doing business here versus bigger named banks.

They know the industry well and Jason is very professional. Quick responses, excellent communication and overall just great service. They close loans on scheduled timelines and you always know what to expect. I highly recommend them for commercial lending!

Mary R If you like doing business with a bank that is antiquated this is your place. If you try to make a payment before its due to avoid a late fee their system is antiquated and youre supposed to know to call them and go through all of their prompts instead of trying to pay it online which it should be able to take a payment but of course they have it set up so that you end up paying a fee and pay late because their system doesnt process it on time. Convenient to them to not have an adequate payment system that can take your payment when its made so then they get to charge you another fee. Absolutely disgusting
