Blanche Torain I had a serious issue with my bank account, it was tagged for Identity theft. This took place on the 4th of July weekend. I went in on Saturday the 5th and Matt did all he could to help me but the department that could verify and unlock my account wasnt able to do so until. Monday. First thing in Monday morning l was there. Unfortunately my account was unable to be unlocked due to being flagged, that was for my protection. I can truly say the time patience professionalism and knowledge that Matt showed was unbelievable. He got me set up with my new account transferred my funds explain how to use Zelle and remained so polite and compassionate through the process. Matt represents TD Bank at its Best.
