Linda Glover My experience with CFCU has been nothing but positive. For me, its very accessible both physically and digitally, they offer a wide range of services and options, are much more customer focused than traditional banks. Its a refreshing alternative to for-profit corporate banks.

She is incredibly friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and very easy to contact. She not only helped me create my business plan and apply for grants, but when I needed assistance with bookkeeping almost a year after I opened, she was able to explain unfamiliar concepts to me clearly and patiently all while offering great suggestions and support. Jennifer continues to give me great advice and has even introduced me to some other local professional services to help my business. It is mind blowing that a professional service this incredible is easily accessible and free! Hallie Licciardo Have spent three days dealing with this bank. Was applying for a car loan, they said they needed additional paperwork and I told them I would have the paperwork today. Instead they ran the loan and said they weren’t waiting for proof of income. Ran my credit 3 times just to deny the loan without any proper information because they couldn’t wait an hour.
