Venessa Albassam If you are looking for a fast and safe loan to invest or for a home, this company is 100% your go to company . They are very resourceful and high efficient. What I need to do is provide them the documents as requested ( not complicated at all) ,I got my loan approved in three weeks. Now I’m so happy with my first home and I definitely will come back for my next property purchase . Basically it’s a very pleasant and hassle free loan application procedure with this company. I highly recommend it!

Matthew Smith This is the only competently run branch Ive encountered. They solved the problems caused by the incompetence at other branches. The only drawback is that all KBs now have 9am lobby hours which doesnt work for anyone with a job.

Timothy Baker I walked into the branch today, maybe 1:30 pm. I had some cash in hand and a couple of checks for deposit. A young man met me at the door, asked what I wanted to do... he then directed me towards the e-teller machine in the back, I said I just wanted to make a simple deposit, "Cant I wait for this young lady here in the front to be finished with the person shes assisting...?". He said no, I needed to sign in at the kiosk (make an appointment). So after doing that (no option to select for "Make Deposit" at kiosk so he checked "Account Maintenance" for me) I waited for several minutes behind others who were waiting for loans/etc., I finally left and drove to the Commerce Park Dr. walked in to a live teller, made my deposit - done. If youre looking to do some simple, quick banking with a live in-person teller, this isnt your spot.

Derek V Breanna in the loan department was very helpful and getting us a better rate than our current SeaComm credit card I am glad I called!! Thank you for everything!!

L. L. My experience is that I have always been treated respectfully by their friendly bank tellers. If you have any questions or problems with your debit card, the NBT staff will help you, whether locally or when you call them when you travel.
