Barbara Morrissey I like going there for its easier for me to get there without the bus for I can walk. Its not as busy as the Hoosick St branch. Im not a student or work at RPI so I couldnt get into the building during the pademic for the main door was by swiping your card.

Kim Bush In the middle of January I emailed Canale Insurance on a Sunday morning asking for a quote for home owner & vehicle coverage and expected a call or email sometime on Monday. Literally within a few minutes I received an email from Dave. Within a few days it was a done deal! He saved us THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS between home & vehicle insurance!! So, took it one step further and had them file our taxes and our daughters and it was very very reasonable for the cost! Stopped in to sign and pay and they took care of the rest!! Best part is they are right around the corner from our house!!! I have emailed Dave a few times for follow up questions and he’s always responded very quickly!!! Jo Suss First bad experience I had. I Had stopped to get cash in two certain amounts. Wanted two separate amounts. Because, 1- I Had to pay a bill in a specific amount . The Teller in Guilderland wasnt very friendly. We had a miscommunication and he did apologize. Then there was a period of silence while I waited for my other withdrawal amount. He then said oh I didnt understand you. I finally completed the transaction. Was going to the back entrance looking for a rest room. He exclaimed you cant go out that way across the whole branch. Said I was looking for the restroom, and said there wasnt one for the public to use. I never have a problem going to other branches. They are especially courteous and very friendly service in Johnstown or Gloversville, NY. Still love this bank!
